Your home is immediately listed on the Multiple Listing Service which updates a daily catalog of homes for sale through its member brokers and an online computer network, available to its members, with photos and descriptions of all listed properties. We personally submit a photo and the descriptive elements of your home to ensure that you have the best possible representation on the MLS.

The first week your home is on the market, we hold a mid-week Broker Preview for local agents and neighbors to visit the property. This will be the first opportuntity for agents and potential buyers to preview the home.

The weekend following your listing date, we will hold an Open House to allow interested guests to stop by and check out the home. These are both great opportunities to meet potential buyers and detail the unique qualities your home has to offer. 

All of our property listings are online under Featured Listings on our website as well as on all local websites that subscribe to the Multiple Listing Service. Research from the National Association of Realtors indicates that more than 80% of home buyers now begin the buying process online. Our website includes the most advanced tools available, including Active Maps and automatic email notifications, to give buyers the most reason to keep coming back.

You can also find your listing on Zillow, where we can provide you with up to date statistics on how your listing is doing and how it compares to similar properties throughout the neighborhood. 

A property specific website with unique domain is also created for your home. This website will include the property information, pictures, and video. 

When your listing goes live, we send out an email informing our client database as well as other local agents about the listing of your property. Nearly 2,000 individuals are advised your home is for sale!

Each of our listings are featured on our Facebook business page to gain attraction from our followers. We also create a personalized Facebook ad specific to your property that is sent out to targeted audiences across the Facebook platform. 

A Just Listed postcard is sent out to 500 houses in your surrounding neighborhood to draw attention to your listing and alert your community about the sale.

As quickly as possible after receiving your signed listing contract, we prepare and print a professional color flyer. We make a point of having flyers for all of our listings available at each of our open houses and we also send them out to your neighbors so they can show their friends and family members. 

Before your listing goes live, our distinctive 'For Sale' sign is placed on your property along with a brochure box containing property information flyers.
