Meredith Canyon is one of my favorite communities in all of San Juan Capistrano. Located in the most southern part of the city, this neighborhood is just a few minutes away from Doheny State Beach or Dana Point Harbor and a quick drive to downtown San Clemente.

This area is popular for several reasons - 1. its excellent location, 2. quiet neighborhood, and 3. homes are more affordable when compared to Dana Point and San Clemente. Plus, you can even find some homes here with ocean views - go check it out!
