Reasons Why I Moved to San Clemente, Ca | Living in San Clemente, Ca

If you have been watching my channel for long, I am sure you have heard me ramble on about San Clemente and all the incredible lifestyle features that this town has to offer. But, I am not sure if I have ever shared with you why I moved to San Clemente.

I get the question often, “Hey Ryan, were you born and raised in San Clemente?” I won't lie - no I wasn't. I have lived here for a little over a decade, but I was not born here. My family vacationed in San Clemente all the time, so when I had the opportunity to choose where to move and start my career, the choice was simple.

My clients tell me all the time that they want to move to a place that feels like a staycation, and that is exactly the kind of lifestyle that San Clemente has to offer. So, if you are thinking about moving to San Clemente, here are the reasons why I made the jump and never looked back.

Reason #1 – The Beach

I love the water and I have been on the water my entire life. Being able to quickly access the beach or Dana Point Harbor to fish, surf, or dive was the main reason I moved. I wanted the ocean to be one of the focal points of my life.

Reason #2 – The Small-Town Vibe

San Clemente has a small-town vibe that I really enjoy. It is not a big area of commerce and has slow, small-town vibe roots that make it a very unique place to live.

Reason #3 – The Climate

You don’t have to move to Baja or another country to find what we have here in San Clemente which is arguably the best climate in the world with roughly 300 sunny days per year and an average temperature of 73 degrees.

When you couple these reasons together, San Clemente offers a lifestyle that you would be hard-pressed to find. If San Clemente sounds like the city you are looking for, I would love to help you find a place to call home. I have endless content and information on each neighborhood and community in town so that you can find the one that offers the exact lifestyle you are looking for.
